At Catchlight we put a huge focus on what we love: people, their stories and photography.
Looking back when I was looking for a wedding photographer for my own wedding, yes I wanted great images to look back on but I really just wanted to find someone I felt comfortable with.
Not only that I needed someone who had a strong track record to be able to trust them with my most precious day as you don't get a do over.
This is why when creating Catchlight this is the biggest focus for us, not just the images but being a partner in the goal of each and every one of our couples to have the most unapologetically authentic day of their lives.
To this end we believe it's important to get to know each of our clients on a personal level, and that starts with a face to face no obligation chat to hear what is most important to you. I call this the vibe check.
This is also our chance to organise the best method to capturing your big day.
Weddings these days don’t have to be formal and stuffy, and neither does the photography.
The photographs are the only thing which become more important and hold more significance over the years. Your memories become more precious, and your photographs will become the only way to revisit your day.
As well as for little people who may not be old enough to remember, or not even been born yet, to witness that day themselves, 10, 20, 30 years from now.

We would describe our style as cinematic, bright, and very much influenced by Hollywood films.
By guiding the day to look larger than life we create beautiful memories that you will cherish for years to come.
Meeting
Once we receive your information via the contact form we arrange a consultation.
That gives us the chance to get to know you better as well as plan the how, when & where.
capturing
On the big day we find the best angles to capture all the smiles, tears and important memories.
As well as creating those cinematic hyper real sequences that will give your video that extra sparkle.
Directing
When everything has settled after the festivities you chose the type of video you want whether it be a short creative highlights or full length doctmentory.
Storytelling
We then go though every single capture and blend them with your choice of music to create your perfect wedding video at the length that suits you.

Finally once you have watched through the draft and given the amendments on the film,
We then post the final product to you on the highest quality to run on any smart TV or computer device in your home.
